
Ege Selin Islekel is Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Affiliated Faculty Member of Race and Ethnic Studies at Texas A&M University. Her work is on 20th Century Continental Philosophy, Post-Foucauldian Biopolitics, and Decolonial Feminisms, focusing on critical approaches to the politics of death especially in relation to collective memory, and epistemic responses to contexts of overwhelming presence of death.

Omar Rivera is an Associate Professor of Philosophy, Associate Dean for Faculty Initiatives, and Director of Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) Initiatives at Texas A&M University. His work is on Latin American Philosophy, 19th and 20th Century Continental Philosophy, and Aesthetics. Much of his research is based in resistive capacities of aesthetics and the history of Latin American Philosophy.

Don Deere is Assistant Professor in the Philosophy Department at Texas A&M University. His research focuses on the intersections of Latin American, Caribbean, and Contemporary Continental European Philosophy. His most recent works focus on the coloniality of space and transmodernity.

Benjamin P. Davis is an Assistant Professor of Africana Studies and Hispanic Studies at Texas A&M University. His research operates at the intersection of Philosophy of Race and Philosophy of Law. Davis has experience teaching around the globe, including but not limited to North America, Brazil, South Africa, and Italy.
